Whether you are developing cutting-edge water sensor technology, testing new ideas, or undertaking academic research, we want to showcase your work at Sensing in Water 2025.
This year’s conference offers several exciting opportunities for early-stage innovators and researchers to engage with our unique community of industry professionals, researchers, and regulators, all with a shared focus on sensing in water.
Pitch & Progress: Innovation Clinic for Start-Ups
Are you part of a start-up or early-stage business working on water sensing, monitoring, or smart data solutions?
Take part in our Pitch & Progress session, a supportive space to share your idea, product or concept with a live audience of sector experts. You will have 10 minutes to present your work, followed by helpful and practical feedback from members of the SWIG Board. Whether you're looking to refine your value proposition, test an idea, or identify partners, this is a chance to make progress in a meaningful way.
Get in touch with Hannah at info@swig.org.uk with a short paragraph about your work to express interest.

Discounted Start-Up Exhibitor Rate
Want to bring a pop-up banner and join the exhibition?
We are offering a special reduced-rate package for eligible start-ups, which includes space in the exhibition hall for two people and a promotional banner. It is a great way to build visibility, gather feedback, and connect with the wider water sensing community without the full cost of a commercial stand.
