Poster Deadline Extended – Showcase Your Work at SiW25

Good news! We've extended the deadline for poster submissions to Friday 15 August 2025 — giving you more time to share your research at Sensing in Water 2025.

If you're a student or early career professional working on water sensing, this is your chance to present your work at the UK’s leading water sector event focused on sensor technologies.

✅ Who can enter?

• You must be early in your career (e.g. a student or within 5 years of joining the water sector)

• If the poster is based on a team project, you must have consent to present it under your name

  
  

📍 When & where?

• Posters on display: 24 September 2025, Holywell Park, Loughborough

• Winners announced: Gala Dinner, 24 September at Burleigh Court Hotel

• New entry deadline: 15 August 2025

  
  

💬 How to enter:

Email the following to info@swig.org.uk:

• An A1-size PDF of your poster

• A short abstract (max 300 words)

• Your name, affiliation and poster title

• Confirmation of team consent (if applicable)

  
  

All accepted posters will be displayed in the main networking area throughout the day. Finalists receive a free ticket to attend the conference, and prizes will be awarded based on judging panel scores and audience voting.
