Dear SWIG Community,

We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere thanks to everyone who has taken the time to complete our workshop feedback form. We understand that your time is precious, and your feedback is invaluable to us as we continue to enhance our events.

At SWIG, we value each and every piece of feedback we receive, and we strive to act on it all. Our community is the heart of our organisation, and your input is essential to help us continue to grow, evolve and deliver true membership benefits.

We have carefully reviewed all of the feedback we have received, and we are pleased to share some of the main points with you:

  • Great networking: We are thrilled to hear that our events provide an excellent opportunity for networking. We understand that connecting with like-minded professionals is essential, and we will continue to provide an environment that facilitates this.

  • Interesting and informative line-up of speakers: We take pride in delivering high-quality content that is relevant to our community. We are pleased to hear that our speakers are engaging and informative, and we will continue to strive for excellence in this area.

  • Would like to see more water company attendance and presentations: We appreciate this feedback and are actively working with water companies to engage them more in our events. We understand that increasing water company participation will benefit our community as a whole.

  • Speakers may need reminding this is not a sales pitch: We understand the importance of maintaining a balance between providing useful information and avoiding a sales pitch. We will continue to remind our speakers of this and ensure that our events remain informative and educational.

  • Good to see SWIG board member attendance: We are pleased to hear that the opportunity to network with our board members is well-received. We have a commited board of directors who are always keen to attend events of relevance to them, and we will continue to encourage their participation.

Best regards,

Hannah Casswell
